Schedule, or Cancel a VA Appointment Online

Schedule an appointment by phone

If you do not yet have access to the online scheduling tool, you can still call your facility to schedule an appointment. The fastest way to schedule a VA appointment is usually to call the VA health facility directly where you want to receive care. Find your VA facility's phone number.

Manage appointments online

You can cancel an appointment through VA Online Scheduling (VAOS). You may be able to schedule VA appointments or video visits online, as determined by your facility, through VAOS. You may be able to schedule appointments and video visits for the below types of care:

  • Primary Care

  • Mental Health

  • Amputation Services

  • Audiology

  • Clinical Pharmacy - Primary Care

  • CPAP Clinic*

  • Food and Nutrition

  • MOVE!

  • Ophthalmology**

VA now offers online appointment scheduling for some appointments. You can schedule your VA appointments online if:

  • You have a My HealtheVet Premium Account or DS Logon Premium Account.
