The Self-Entered Medications and Supplements feature will no longer be available after June 4, 2025. You can still review all your medications filled by a VA pharmacy or reported to your provider in the new My HealtheVet on VA.gov experience. And you can download your self-entered health information report to get any information you entered before June 4. To add new medications or supplements to your record, simply tell your provider about them.
