Do you have a My HealtheVet login account and cannot remember your User ID?

Complete the process below to retrieve your My HealtheVet User ID.

NOTE: To complete this process, you must have a My HealtheVet account with a My HealtheVet User ID and Password. If you currently manage your VA health care through one of our partner websites, please continue to do so at this time. Step 1. Personal Information

For security purposes, in order to retrieve your My HealtheVet User ID, you must supply the required personal information below. In Step 2, you will be asked to correctly answer both of your Password Hint questions. The answers to the questions are case sensitive. Upon successful completion of Steps 1 and 2, your User ID will be displayed with the option to log in.
