Mental health is just as important as your physical health. If you make it a priority, you'll see instant benefits. VA mental health providers can now work together with Veterans to improve their well-being with the Mental Health Checkup app. It'll help you stay on track with your mental health by enabling you to conveniently complete-provider assigned assessments using the app on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Using the app on your personal device, you can stay connected to your mental health provider without leaving home. Whether you have a diagnosed mental health condition or want to check in on your well-being, your therapist will assign you assessments and communicate with you on your progress.
By completing these assessments assigned by your provider, you'll be able to review your results and real-time feedback related to your mental health.
You can complete and view assessments and compare multiple completed ones over time. Once you've completed them, your health care team will receive a notification. In some cases, when an answer is identified as high severity, your doctor may be alerted.
Your doctor will give feedback directly to you through the app. Start viewing your results and feedback from the comfort of home.
