Support and Encouragement - Eat Wisely
One of the most powerful things you can do to change your eating habits is to get support and encouragement (PDF) from other people. When others give you lots of encouragement, it makes you feel like you can do anything! It is really motivating!
It is also very important to include family and friends in your efforts. Ask for meal planning (PDF) suggestions, be flexible and creative, and try new things. Keep in mind that eating with others (PDF) can be difficult. By letting friends and family (PDF) know what you are doing they can be more understanding and supportive.
