  • Insomnia Coach: Not sleeping well? Use this app to manage insomnia. It's based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). It includes a weekly training plan to help you improve your sleep. You can use a sleep diary to track your sleep.

  • VetChange: Worried about your drinking habits? Veterans concerned about drinking and PTSD can find help with this app. It provides tools for cutting down or quitting drinking, managing stress, and education about alcohol use and how it relates to PTSD. You can use VetChange alone or in combination with counseling. It's not intended to replace professional treatment.

  • Stay Quit Coach: If you're thinking about quitting smoking, consider this app. Stay Quit Coach guides you in creating a tailored plan that considers your reasons for quitting. It provides information about smoking and quitting, interactive tools to help users cope with urges to smoke, and motivational messages and support contacts to help you stay smoke-free.

  • Mindfulness Coach: What is it? Mindfulness means noticing and paying attention to what is going on in the present moment, without passing judgment. It can reduce pain, increase self-awareness, and help with anxiety and depression. You'll have 12 audio-guided mindfulness exercises and can track your progress over time with customizable reminders.

  • PTSD Coach: This app provides education about PTSD, information about professional care, a self-assessment for PTSD, opportunities to find support, and tools that can help you manage the stresses of daily life with PTSD. You can customize tools based on your preferences and integrate your contacts, photos, and music. This app can be used by people who are in treatment as well as those who are not.
