Over 100 Million Rx Refill Requests Processed Through My HealtheVet!
My HealtheVet's Rx Refill feature recently exceeded more than 100 million prescription refill requests processed! My HealtheVet's Rx Refill feature allows My HealtheVet Premium and Advanced account holders to refill VA prescriptions online and much more.
"VA is dedicated to providing Veterans with the best experience possible, both at VA facilities and online," said Theresa Hancock, director of My HealtheVet. "We are proud to offer Veterans additional ways to be active partners in their health care and wellness."
According to recent surveys, Rx Refill is the number one electronic service that Veterans request, and offers an easy way for Veterans to refill, manage, and track the delivery of their VA prescriptions. In the Pharmacy section of My HealtheVet, Veterans can also receive shipment notifications, and create medication lists.
"I was thrilled when I learned I could refill my prescriptions just by logging on to My HealtheVet and now I can actually track my prescriptions, which is pretty phenomenal," Robert Wolfe, Navy Veteran, said. "I believe Rx Refill is truly an invaluable service."
