We are aware of this issue and are working to fix it. If you are unable to view your medical data on My HealtheVet, please contact your local VA medical center Release of Information office to obtain copies, to which you are entitled.
Please call ahead to confirm any upcoming VA appointments. Your local VA pharmacy can answer questions about your prescription refills. If you have a Premium My HealtheVet account, you can also use Secure Messaging to send non-urgent questions to your health care team.
