Schedule or Cancel a VA Appointment

**The VA online scheduling tool has moved to VA.gov**

Online appointment scheduling is available on VA.gov if you are registered as a patient at a VA health facility. You can use this tool for any VA facility where you are enrolled or have previously been seen. Once you are signed into the VA online scheduling tool, you can view the types of appointments you can schedule or cancel.

A DS Logon Premium Account, My HealtheVet Premium, or ID.me is required.

Once signed in with a Sign-In Partner, select the Go to your VA appointments button.

For assistance contact the My HealtheVet Help Desk at 1-877-327-0022 (800-877-8339 TTY). You can call between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (Central Time).

My VA Health

If you receive care at a VA facility that has transitioned from My HealtheVet to My VA Health portal to manage your health care, we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. You may need to disable your browser’s pop-up blocker to open the portal.

Once signed in with a Sign-In Partner, select the Go to My VA Health button.

Express Care at the San Francisco VA Medical Center

The San Francisco VA Medical Center offers Express Care. VA Patients enrolled in Express Care can request a virtual urgent care visit for pressing, non-emergency health needs. Someone from VA health care staff will call you soon after you submit your request. You may have a follow-up video appointment if the provider recommends it.

You can request a virtual Express Care visit between the hours of 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
