Tip of the Day

Tip of Day

Loosen up! Staying seated for long periods of time, especially if you're constantly on the phone or hunched over, can cause your muscles to tighten. This can lead to tension headaches. To avoid sore muscles and headache, shift your position frequently, stretch once an hour, stand during phone conversations and/or take a walk at lunchtime.
