Even though we believe that "all foods can fit" we recognize that "one size does not fit all." To get started with a healthy eating plan, take a few minutes and visit the MyPlate.gov site to determine the foods and amounts that are right for you. MyPlate offers personalized eating plans and interactive tools to help you build a healthy plate at meal times and to assess your food choices based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
