Coping Skills
Behavior change is key to increasing physical activity and for weight management in general. Keep a record of what you do and what you would like to change. Avoid situations that trigger bad habits. Weigh the advantages and disadvantages of change. Adopt a positive attitude. Stay motivated by setting realistic goals and planning ahead.
