Blended Medications Summary

My HealtheVet now presents a blended view of all medications used by the My HealtheVet user: those prescribed by VA clinicians and extracted from VistA, along with those self-entered that are non-VA prescriptions as well as Over-the-Counter (OTC), herbals and supplements.

When this blended view is printed and provided to your healthcare provider, it can provide additional information for clinicians that might otherwise be unavailable, and which has the potential to alert clinicians to a possible life-threatening drug interaction.
