General FAQs
Sign-In Partners
A Sign-in Partner is an organization who has partnered with VA to allow members to use their login credentials (User ID and Password) to access My HealtheVet and other VA websites. When using a Sign-In Partner, you do not need to use multiple logins to access My HealtheVet and other VA websites.
If you have a DS Logon Premium account or ID.me account, using it to sign in is the easiest way to get access to My HealtheVet and other VA websites. Because you already verified your identity when you got these accounts, you will not need to verify your identity again.
New: You can now use your My HealtheVet Premium account to access My HealtheVet and other VA websites. Select 'Sign in with My HealtheVet' in the 'Use a Sign in Partner' box. If you prefer to only sign in to your My HealtheVet Premium account, select the blue button (Sign in with My HealtheVet) on the Sign in page.
Sign-In Partners do not have access to your other VA accounts.
