When My HealtheVet is unavailable, you can still refill your VA prescriptions 24/7. To request a refill, please call the toll free phone number located on your prescription bottle. You may also contact your own VA Medical Center. On any VA Medical Center website, go to 'Health Care Services' and follow the instructions for prescription refill options.
If you need to confirm your VA appointment, please call your local VA Medical Center. A list of VA Medical Centers and clinic phone numbers is available online through the VA Facility Locator.
