Click on the drop down menu to enter the minute to the closest 10 minute choice on the list.

Step 7. To add your Body Weight type in the number. For example, if you weighed yourself and the number on the scale was 145, you would type in the number "145."

Step 8. To indicate whether you Measure your weight in pounds or in kilograms click on the drop down menu.

Step 9. You may also add Comments if desired. Just type them in.

Step 10. When you have completed entering your information click on the Save button.

Step 11. After you have successfully entered your weight you will see a message at the top of the page stating your last entry has been recorded in the table.

Using My HealtheVet to track your weight is ideal because you can see trends over time. My HealtheVet shows you a graph of your weight by date. However, if you choose to not save your self-entered weight electronically, you can print out a MOVE! form for recording your weight weekly.
