My HealtheVet on VA.gov is our new health portal for managing your health care online. With this change, we’ll start to use the email address listed in your VA.gov profile to send you any health care notifications.
We want to make sure you continue to get all your notifications about updates like prescription refills, secure messages, and test results without delay. We encourage you to review the email address listed in your profile now.
How to review and update the email in your VA.gov profile
To be sure you won’t miss any notifications, you can check which email you have saved in your VA.gov profile. Just follow these steps:

Sign in to VA.gov with your Login.gov or ID.me account. Learn more about signing in to VA.gov

Once you’re signed in to VA.gov, your name will be at the top of any VA.gov webpage. Click or tap on your name and select Profile from the drop-down menu.

Under Contact information, select Manage your contact information.

Scroll down to review your Contact email.

If you need to update your email, select Edit and then save your update.
We'll send any health care notifications to the new email address you have saved in your VA.gov profile. You can update your email address or other contact information at any time.
